Located north of Lahaina between Kaanapali and Kapalua, our one bedroom condo sits right on the water's edge -- any closer and you'd need a snorkel! :) Our charming "home away from home" is decorated with lovely island, beach house decor and original Maui art. The strictly "blue-water views" and spectacular sunsets will take your breath away!

The entire island of Maui is beautiful, but staying in an oceanfront condo can make all of the difference in the quality of your holiday. Enjoy the private coastline, extra-large heated swimming pool, tennis and lush tropical gardens. Grill fresh island fish at the oceanfront gas grills. Dine on your private lanai while you watch whales breach (in winter), sea turtles return home, and dolphins play. Kuleana 415 sits quietly on the water and far from any parking or street noise. This is a highly requested location from repeat visitors. It offers a fully equipped kitchen area, a KING-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sofabed in the living area.
The condo is perfect for two, but will comfortably accommodate up to four people.

Whale Watching

Whale watching in Maui is a memorable experience. Humpbacks make their way to Hawaii's tropical waters each winter. A great way to get close to these beautiful creatures is to take a whale watching trip from Lahaina. Or, you can simply grab a pair of binoculars and watch them frolic from the comfort of your lanai! I love this video but I cannot take credit for it. I found it on YouTube. The waters are easily recognizable as those directly in view from the lanai of Kuleana 415. (Notice the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the background of several of these clips. Both of these islands are part of Kuleana 415's panoramic vista.)

Visiting the Iao Needle means enjoying a short hike up one of Maui's lush, tropical canyons. The path is paved and beautifully landscaped. If my granddaughter can make it to the top, so can you! :)

Road to Hana

Taking a trip around the island means driving the famous "Hana Highway". This is an absolute must for anyone visiting the island of Maui. The drive twists and turns through thick, tropical vegetation, and passes by majestic waterfalls. You can stop at many places along the way; buy fruit from local stands, take a dip in the fresh water pools, take a walk along black sand beaches, or grab a "plate lunch" in Hana. For the adventurous souls, be sure to make the 2 mile hike to Waimoku Falls. (If the hike doesn't do it, this 400 foot waterfall will take your breath away!) This hike also takes you through the bamboo forest!
