Rates for 2 guests (in US Dollars) and Terms:
- Apr 1 - Dec 14: $198./night
- Dec 15-Dec. 31: $230./night (High Season)
- Jan 1- Mar 31 - March 15: $275./night* (High Whale Season)
- Plus Applicable Taxes (Hawaii State and Hotel Accommodation Taxes= 17.42%)
- • Payment: 50% due at time of booking. Remaining 50% + security deposit due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit:
$250.00 -- Fully refundable once house-keeping clears the condo.
Fees:
$165.00 out-cleaning fee.
